Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy

Ramay Yug offers Cash on Delivery (COD) so you can pay only when you receive your order.

1. How COD Works
• Select "Cash on Delivery" at checkout
• Your order is confirmed without online payment
• Pay the exact order amount to the delivery person when your package arrives
• Inspect your order before paying (recommended)

2. COD Availability
• Available on most products and PIN codes across India
• May not be available for certain high-value orders or restricted areas
• Maximum COD order value limits may apply and will be shown at checkout

3. COD Charges
• No additional COD fee on standard orders
• Free shipping applies on COD orders as well

4. Important Guidelines
• Please provide a valid phone number — our courier will call before delivery
• Ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive and pay for the order
• Refusing delivery without valid reason may affect future COD eligibility on your account

5. Returns on COD Orders
• Refunds for returned COD orders are processed via bank transfer or store wallet credit
• Provide bank details when initiating a return for faster refund processing
