1. Shipping Coverage
We ship to all serviceable PIN codes across India. If your area is not serviceable, we will notify you before confirming the order.
2. Order Processing
• Orders are processed within 24–48 hours (business days) after confirmation
• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day
• You will receive SMS/email confirmation once your order is placed and when it is shipped
3. Delivery Timelines
• Metro cities: 3–5 business days
• Other locations: 5–7 business days
• Remote / North-East areas: 7–10 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather, festivals, or courier delays beyond our control.
4. Shipping Charges
• FREE shipping on all orders across India
• No hidden delivery fees at checkout
5. Cash on Delivery (COD)
• COD is available on eligible orders
• Pay the exact order amount when the courier delivers your package
• Please keep exact change ready where possible
• COD may not be available for very high-value orders or certain PIN codes
6. Order Tracking
• Track your order status in your account dashboard under "My Orders"
• Tracking details are shared via SMS and email once the order is dispatched
7. Delivery Attempts
• Our courier partner will attempt delivery up to 2–3 times
• If delivery fails, the package may be returned to us and a re-shipment fee may apply
8. Incorrect Address
